We're not only a specialty market filled with imported products from the Iberian Peninsula, we are also your best choice for catered dinners with a European flair.

All prices listed are quoted per person, and are based on a minimum of 25 people. These prices may increase or decrease slightly depending upon the amount of people in your group. These prices are meant as a guideline and do not include sales tax, gratuity or any rented items.

TAPAS & PINTXOS Appetizers and Starters

Assorted Crostinis $2.75
Toasted slices of a crusty European styled bread with a variety of toppings--Choose from those suggested below or talk to us about other options.


Basque Meatballs $2.75
Three tender meat balls in your choice of tomato - chorizero
pepper sauce or brown salsa Espanola.


Chorizo Tapas $2.25
Two mini chorizos served with freshly baked baguette slices.

Croquetas $1.75
Three of our famous chicken or cod croquetas.

Jamon Wrapped Asparagus $3.25
Steamed asparagus wrapped with Spanish salt cured ham.

Lamb, Pork or Shrimp Kabobs $3.25
Two skewers of your choice of the above each in its own special marinade.


Meat & Cheese Platter $3.25
Cured Spanish meats like Chorizo Pamplona and Salchichon
de Vic along with great cheeses like Idiazabal & Manchego
served with bread - ideal for little sandwiches.


Olive Tray & Entremesa $2.75
Various Spanish olives, olive tapenade, guindilla peppers and
roasted piuqillo peppers.

Potato wedges with a spicy coating and served with a garlic ali oli.

Spinach Filled Piquillo Peppers $3.25
Two hand packed sweet red peppers filled with a shrimp béchamel and topped with a zesty pepper sauce.

onions and white wine.

Chicken breasts baked in a tasty mushroom sauce.

Choice Top Sirloin Steaks $18.99
Choice quality sirloin steaks grilled to perfection and
served with or without brandy peppercorn sauce.

Roast Leg of Lamb $20.99
Some of the best lamb you’ll ever try. Slow
roasted and served with a garlic wine sauce.


Roast Solomo with Pimientos $17.99
Tender and lean center cut pork loin marinated in a sweet red pepper and garlic sauce, roasted to perfection, and served with sweet roasted red peppers.

A Paella Fest in Your Own Backyard
Call us for a magnificent paella of your choosing for groups of 20-200 in one of our giant paella pans. It will be cooked while you and your guests watch and learn.

Mixed Seafood & Chorizo Paella $19.99
A traditional rice dish filled with saffron rice, shrimp, mussels,
clams, jamon serrano, and chorizo along with peppers and other veggies - call us for variations on this beautiful dish.

Basque Red Beans
Traditional Basque style red beans slow cooked with leeks in a thick rich caldo.


Garbanzo Beans
Spanish garbanzo beans cooked with
chorizo, carrots, potatoes and plenty of garlic.


Lentils with Ham
Hearty tiny Spanish lentils simmered with ham, carrots, tomato and potatoes.


SALADS

Ensalada Mixta
Add $1.50 per person for this salad - the traditional Spanish salad for salad lovers with mixed greens, albacore tuna, green olives, white asparagus & our Basque
vinaigrette.


House Green Salad
Crisp greens with fresh tomato, green olives and red onions topped with our Basque vinaigrette.

Basque Saffron Rice
Saffron rice with chorizo, chicken, green peppers, pimientos, and of course, garlic.


Fresh Vegetable Paella
Tender rice cooked in a vegetable broth with fresh green peppers, sweet onions, peas & carrots.

Green Beans with Olive Oil & Almonds
Blanched green beans with fruity olive oil and roasted almonds.


Idiazabal Potatoes Gratin
Layers of thinly sliced Idaho potatoes topped with Basque Idiazabal cheese, fresh rosemary, chives, and cream and baked to a golden brown.


Parsley & Garlic Red Potatoes
Our most popular way to serve potatoes - they’re delicious!


Roast Garlic Mashed Potatoes
Creamy mashed potatoes with roasted garlic, chives, butter and cream.

Sautéed Mushrooms
Quartered fresh mushrooms cooked with butter, sherry & garlic.


String Beans & Baby Carrots with Crispy Garlic
Steamed fresh vegetables tossed with crispy garlic and extra virgin olive oil.


DESSERTS

Arroz con Leche
An old Basque recipe of sweet rice pudding topped with cinnamon.


Brazo Gitano
Literally means "gypsy's arm". A rolled sponge cake is filled with irresistible vanilla custard & dusted with powdered sugar.

Chocolate Cream Pudding
A delicious rich chocolate made like a mousse with Ghirardelli chocolate and topped with whipped cream.



Flan
A rich custard topped with a caramel sauce.

BAR OPTIONS
The Basque Market is able to provide a wonderful selection of Imported, Micro and Domestic Beers along with the largest selection of Spanish wines in the state. You can choose from over 120 different Spanish and Basque wines as well as some mouthwatering French wines from Bordeaux and the Rhone Valley. We will also have a large selection of beverages from which you can choose. We will provide a hosted or a no host bar, whichever best suits your party complete with bartenders and servers.
